TV featuring a black vertical band and a horizontal line

Hello,
I bought a TCL 55P721 4k 139cm TV in January 2022, I only used it after my move in April, so (less than 6 months of use) & I took the Auchan extended warranty for €99, so a budget of €600... For some time now, it has been showing a slightly trembling horizontal line, flickering, and a wide vertical band... I contacted customer service online with a photo as evidence, and their response was "impact exclusion of warranty, your file is closed..." without anyone coming out, nothing at all... Just based on a poor quality photo... It's a bit too easy... What should I do, how should I proceed? & it's really not bad faith, I looked closely at the device and I see no impact, nothing, I don't understand why they say that... Thank you for your help and responses.

Hello
The customer service having passed the buck, from now on you will need to communicate ONLY by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Forget the curt and hasty responses from the customer service clowns and make use of the Legal Guarantee of Conformity whose provisions you will read and then exploit. See Consumer Code L217-3 to L217-17.
Extract the 'essential substance' needed to draft a formal notice to bring the TV into compliance. Choose the replacement option. Reminder: L217-11:
The conformity of the goods is to be achieved at no cost to the consumer.
Check back on the Forum if necessary.
See you!
Hello,
If the impact exists, they are within their rights, and there will be no miracles here.

Check your home insurance contract just in case...
Personally, in this type of situation, I have a method that works. I go to the store on Saturdays when it is packed with customers and I make a scene in front of the central cash register, and I can tell you that within ten minutes, strangely, I usually end up getting my way in most cases.
However, no insults, you need to know how to make yourself heard and be very persuasive while remaining polite, otherwise the situation could turn against you.
Otherwise, in addition:
If you encounter a problem, you can report it to the team by clicking on this link.
The show's phone hotline is also available at 3210: operators take your messages from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, then there is a voicemail for the rest of the day.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Hello,
Does this text work for everything, should I quote it as is or do I need to consult it and extract what interests me? Do I send the registered letter to TCL? The place where I was dismissed without shame? It's shameful, I feel like I've been conned like a beginner...
Thank you
Re:
Read the GLC text. Only mention in the letter what concerns your case.
1- How there is a compliance issue
2- Which provision justifies your request for compliance, etc..
3- .......
Your only contact is the seller (who will then deal with their supplier). Only go through the seller, refuse any redirection to a third party (manufacturer, for example..). If this seems too complicated, seek assistance from a Consumer Association (consider a membership fee).
This registered letter officially marks the start of the dispute (and may allow for the use of L217-14 paragraph 2..).
See you+
