Samsung Tab 3: unable to download Amazon P. VIDEO

Hello everyone.
Here is my problem in detail:
I have had a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (GT-P5210, Android version 4.4.2) for several years, on which I was watching Prime Video without any issues. I recently reset this tablet, and since then, I cannot download Prime Video, neither from the Play Store nor the Galaxy Store: "Your device is not compatible with this version."
I want to clarify that it is indeed the app that I cannot download, not the movie itself.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do to resolve this issue that did not exist yesterday on the same tablet?
Note that I also cannot switch the keyboard from qwerty to azerty, nor can I download the input languages.
Thank you everyone.

Hello,
Download the APK and try to install it.
You can download it here: https://www.phonandroid.com/telecharger-amazon-prime-video.html
(Link under the green bar).On this site, you have older versions that you can try if the latest one doesn't work: https://prime-video.fr.aptoide.com/versions
What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.

Hello and thank you for your response, unfortunately neither of the solutions works:
1 / the download is possible, but launching the program results in the following message: "a problem occurred while parsing the package",
2/ the program downloads and launches but stays on an orange screen "aptoide" and closes right away,
Thanks anyway for your efforts.

It is possible that there is an issue because you have not allowed "unknown sources".
