Ebook is not working properly

Hello,

A recently purchased ebook is not usable on my e-reader. The cover displays poorly on my screen, and I can't turn the pages; I've tried several times with the same result. This book is successfully on my Kobo account that I check with my PC. It is "And We Will Dance Under the Snowflakes." The other ebooks purchased with the same order are working normally.

    It is most likely a corruption of the file at the source. You will need to contact the seller.
