Instagram Status Online

Hello,

I can no longer see my contacts online on Instagram, and they can't see me either. However, the "show online status" feature in settings and privacy is activated.

Could you please help me?

    I'm having the same problem too. I thought it was my account, but it's actually the app because on the Instagram website it works properly and you can see people online.

    What I can advise you is to open Instagram on a browser like Safari or Google, then keep the tab open and there you go.
