I can no longer log into my Alibaba account through my Google account. I follow the procedures, but when it comes to the authentication step and I enter my number to receive the code, it doesn't work. I'm sent this message: The account does not support self-service authentication. Please contact customer service to recover your account.

How can I log into my account? Help me!

        I'm doing well, thank you, and I wish you the same.

        I'm not a client of this site, but I assume they, like most, have a contact link indicated on their site. It's often at the bottom of the page with the mention "contact us"...

        Also, check their "frequently asked questions" (FAQ) section if they have one... contact methods are generally mentioned there...
