I can no longer log into my Alibaba account through my Google account. I'm not a client of this site, but I assume they, like most, have a contact link indicated on their site. It's often at the bottom of the page with the mention "contact us"...
Also, check their "frequently asked questions" (FAQ) section if they have one... contact methods are generally mentioned there...
