What a idea to order from those crappy Chinese sites that swarm the internet and attract customers with very low prices, unfortunately everything has a price and counterfeiting exists, especially in China, reading reviews before ordering would have been more constructive, read carefully this page, to contact them see this page hoping they respond but I don't believe that customer service and after-sales support are their priority.
Certain rules must be followed before ordering from a site:
1- Check if there are reviews online.
2- Check at the bottom of the page if the MANDATORY legal mentions are present, see THIS PAGE.
3- Check if a postal address is present along with a phone number and email to be able to reach the site in case of a problem.
4- If a postal address is provided, check if this address exists on https://www.google.com/maps/
5- Go to this site enter the homepage address of the site you wish to order from to see its location and age.

I told him how to contact them because it's the only solution to solve his problem, but reaching this kind of site is difficult if not impossible. As for my comment, no, it's not useless, as it will help other people who might make the mistake of ordering from this site; it explains in particular how to determine if a site is reliable. On the other hand, your comment is completely useless and unconstructive; in summary, it serves no purpose.
