I’m sharing my customer experience. I recently ordered a pair of Jordans. Everything was fine, delivery time, the pair seemed to be in good condition, only hiccup was that the box did not match the purchased pair. So I left a review saying that it didn't look very professional and that it could raise some doubts. A member of the prime sneaker team kindly responded to the review, giving a plausible explanation and also offering to make a commercial gesture. It's an appreciated initiative, but when I asked for information about it via email, I was responded to by someone named Julie who said that in no way had anyone offered me a commercial gesture. It's like I'm being called a liar! Even though this proposal was made in response to my comment online on Trustpilot! This is unacceptable, what a lack of professionalism!
⚠️COUNTERFEITS ⚠️ Certified authentic!
I am fully capable of proving my claims. (Photos if necessary).
Inner soles non-compliant: all originals are glued and light blue in color.
The alignment of the perforations on the front of the "Jordan 1" is irregular.
There is double stitching on the toe box that is far too close; normally there should be half a millimeter of space between them.
Just these three details should alert the "experts" at Prime Sneakers who provide a "certificate"... unless, of course, it's a well-organized scam!
Paul will certainly explain that the differences come from the countries of manufacture... as if Nike had different processes from one country to another!
For your information, I own 4 pairs of Jordan 1, and the only one that is different comes from Prime Sneakers.
Hello
U.S. law site. It’s quite far.. In case of a problem, there won't be any practical recourse available..
No physical address available.. Have already seen fraudulent shoe sites based (like this one) supposedly in New Mexico.. Is it a local trend?
The S in httpS guarantees NOTHING..
As for the rest, we can't say.. There will be VAT + forwarding fees to be paid upon receipt (If, at least, a package is shipped..). In the end, 'reliability' unknown but high risk.
Great rating on Trust Pilot... But calculated based on only 9 reviews that could be fake..
It's up to you..
See you!
So you got trapped, is this a joke? Very well, give me proof of this and that you actually ordered from us, and I will be happy to assist you and answer all your questions. I eagerly await your response. For your information, I manage the customer service of this store, and I can assure you that whether it's my colleagues or me, every customer is treated with rigor, courtesy, and availability. Our customers are satisfied with our services and return to order from us; it’s strange that you wouldn’t find that for a dubious site as you say. Your comments are baseless; it’s a disgrace and a lack of ethics. If you are disappointed with a store, come and testify; it serves the public good, but you have never ordered from us, because otherwise, it’s impossible for you to write this. What a lack of ethics and good manners, as the purpose of this forum is to inform users and not to spread lies.
Regards
Hello Mathieu, I replied to you and I'm waiting for your response so that we can discuss because your comments are serious, sir, so explanations and arguments would be courteous. If what you are saying is legitimate, it should be easy for you to respond, I imagine.
Best regards, Paul Customer Service Manager Prime Sneaker
I advise you to cancel, you need to know how to read what you write here. It is clear that this is counterfeiting...
I completely agree with the arguments you are making:
- The prices offered for the Jordan IVs are too low and do not match market prices at all.
- Identical prices regardless of size
- The scandal of the Stokx platform, which was once the reference for sneaker sales, called out by Nike for selling counterfeits
- No response from Prime Sneaker to your email from 17/11/22, whereas for other inquiries, a response was typically provided within 48 hours.
When a deal is too good to be true, it's false.
And the authenticity certificates provided (anyone can create them) are in no way a guarantee of security.
From what I've seen, it's better to avoid it. ECOM PRESTIGE, the company that created the site, was deregistered in July 2021 in France because it was helping to create websites that sold all kinds of unregulated items. I think this is counterfeiting and therefore the authentication is fake. Moreover, the prices do not align with the sneaker market; all sizes are priced the same, which does not make sense given the different demand for each size. Finally, the base price is far too low, and it is abnormal to have promotions on shoes that are highly sought after and in demand, as well as an abundance of discount codes.
Hello, very low trust rating according to Scamdoc
A trust index is mainly based on the longevity of a site and not on its relevance. You see, I take the time to respond to each one, but I find it shameful to express false opinions or theories like you do. Come and order from us; you can even reach us by phone, you have our contact details in our store. And when you have placed an order, you can come and give your opinion on our services and professionalism. For the moment, your comments have no legitimacy or ethics.
Best regards, Paul

In any case, you can contact us with great pleasure by email or phone via the links in our store. We will guide and advise you with care and professionalism. If only you had ordered from us, your speech would be very different, so I await your response in order to assist you with this trap. Sincerely, Paul
Hello
I placed an order on November 13 with a delivery scheduled between November 25 and December 5. Today is December 5 and apart from a blue bar showing the progress of the delivery, which I have to check in the first confirmation email, I haven't received any message about the status of this delivery. I really hope I haven't been scammed by this site. There's no way to manage the receipt of the package, no confirmation of the processing of the delivery. I'm staying hopeful but with some doubts nonetheless.
This site only offers counterfeits. The system is well-oiled, with a triangular delivery method to conceal the source of the pair (delivered directly from the Chinese factories of fake sneakers).
I had the pair checked by two experts, and it is indeed a counterfeit. One had to suspect it.
It depends on what you mean by reliable... you'll get a pair of shoes, that's for sure... but you won't have any guarantee that it won't be a counterfeit... Personally, for international shipping, I prefer to avoid it, otherwise it could get seized by customs...
I think that the person clearly responded to the arguments they presented.
I myself just received a pair that I ordered for €190 from the website, which came with a certificate of authenticity...
But what certificate are we talking about?
I received a cardboard card labeled certificate of authenticity that does not specify either the brand, the model, or the serial number that proves this certificate corresponds to the pair sent.
As a lawyer, I assure you that I will take steps with the brand so that it is they who pursue you for your practices, wherever you may be.
I have, of course, kept all the evidence, screenshots, and especially the pair to assert my rights.
I am not willing to take the risk of asking you for a refund because I fear that if I return the pair, I will end up with neither the shoes nor proof nor money...
Best regards

Filing a complaint regarding a purchase made on a foreign website (Online procedure) Allows you to file a complaint online with the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN) following a purchase made from a foreign website (without representation in France).
Good evening,
The headquarters is supposedly located in Albuquerque, US-NM, but the phone number is a mobile French number starting with 07.
The legal notices do not indicate any permanent establishment in France.
The so-called customer service manager, Mr. Paul, takes the time to respond, but the vocabulary used and the constant indignation towards legitimate doubts still leave a rather dubious scent.
The prices set are more than surprising, especially for the AJ4.
And when we mix the prices of all the pairs, across all models, the inconsistencies are even more glaring since some pairs of AJ1 Mid, which are, remember, the cheapest on the retail and resell market (we are not talking here about rare Low or High OG models), are at similar prices to some Jordan 4, whereas those are all usually, I say all, at a minimum of €350 on the resell market and often beyond €400.
Not to mention the identical price for all sizes of a given model and colorway.
Everything suggests a scam, aka the drop shipping site that sells replicas linked to Chinese factories that have access to molds and machining equipment of a quality close to that of the official Nike subcontracting factories or even factories officially mandated by Nike but which produce gray lots clandestinely, right under the nose of the principal.
So yes, Mr. Paul, it is true that you do not sell the very/too widespread fake products found on DH Gate, Ali, and others.
But let us justifiably doubt the origin of your goods that you claim are entirely sourced from an officially manufactured production for Nike and, even more importantly, officially approved by them.
As I have already done for other sales sites of the same ilk, I have reported this to the brand, ultimately the only one competent to assess whether your business is sincere and respectful of the intellectual property rights related to their products.
Hello, this site is absolutely unreliable!!! I received a fake pair.
I directly contacted customer service who immediately agreed to refund me without even requiring me to return the pair. And this in exchange for not posting any negative review.
Be minimally coherent. The prices, the legal notices... the site sells 100% counterfeit goods. It's a scam. One of my acquaintances got taken in, the pair didn't pass any verification. Some resellers manage to get good prices, but theirs make no sense. Their site is closed because it uses Shopify, which does not allow the sale of products without a license. Proof that they have no structure and that their site is just hot air.
BEWARE OF THE REOPENING UNDER A NEW URL by the end of the year. Don't get taken in.
This site is clearly a scam!!!
Under the pretext of a computer bug, we received no delivery follow-up.
Four weeks after the order, I found the package in my mailbox. It was a gift, and within a few days I gave it to the intended recipient... the size doesn't fit.
The next day, I requested an exchange. Impossible, supposedly I was beyond the 15-day limit from the date of delivery!!!
Faced with this bad faith, I couldn't do anything!!! Impossible to get an exchange for the pair!
And since then, my login ID is curiously no longer recognized, and I get a warning message saying the site is not reliable...
In short... stay away!
TO AVOID THIEF, I bought for €180 and never received it, once you contact customer service they treat you and simply insult you as a liar in a very arrogant manner.
Thank you for reading this notice carefully.
After making the purchase, the order is shipped after 14 to 20 days. This is explained as a step for verifying the authenticity of the shoe. This is completely false, as it is actually the production time. After insisting for several days, I managed to obtain the tracking of my package, which was shipped from Germany to my address, well before the email stating that "my shoes will be sent for verification." This is why the sending of the package tracking is not automatic and is done through the post office. Upon receipt, I received a certificate of authenticity, yet it was a counterfeit (Nike Travis Scott at €590). I sent several emails to say that the shoe was not authentic and that I wanted a refund. Prime sneakers' customer service refused and insisted otherwise. When I stated that I would file a complaint, PS agreed to refund me on the condition that I would not leave a negative review and that it had to be kept "secret." To ensure this, they even offered me the pair. I insist that this site should be banned, as it is a site that does not respect distance selling conditions due to its misleading advertising on product authenticity and its scams.
Honestly, for my part, the order was spot on, the staff were available and everything went perfectly. I received my pair in 9 days and it's perfect.
Instead of talking nonsense, you should better get a life, people. This site is pretty good and reliable.
Hello, I wanted to post a review that contradicts some of the comments because personally, I ordered shoes for my children since the size was not available in the store. I received the pair quickly (within 7 days) and my kids are satisfied. They wear them all the time to school and they are wearing out like a normal pair. Personally, I had good communication with customer service because I was also worried about getting scammed given all the comments. But everyone should form their own opinion. Personally, I would recommend them if needed.
