Galaxy A03: New widgets not showing up

Hello everyone!

I received my new refurbished Galaxy A03 yesterday. I'm very happy, it works great, except that after installing all the apps of my choice, their widgets do not appear in the dedicated widget screen (on my Nokia 2, for example, I used the Google Calendar widget, a birthday dates widget, a clock widget... which, despite the apps being installed, do not appear here)... this phone only has the Advanced search, Contacts, Drive, Gmail Label, Maps, User manual, and WhatsApp widgets.

I completely reset the phone but didn't get a better result. Does anyone have an idea?

Thank you for your help!

Here, you can see that the Calendar app is installed...
...but does not appear among the widgets. The same goes for all the new apps.

    Hello,

You long-press on an area of the screen that doesn't have icons.

The display changes and gives access to the settings. Click on Widgets at the bottom.
You will see all the available widgets sorted by application. The display can be in tile format, more likely in a list. The number of available widgets per app is indicated. You can see them by clicking on v on the right. You select the widget that interests you.

And the words to say it come easily.

Hello Pierr10, thank you for your response.
As I show in the screenshots attached to my message, that's exactly what I've done - the problem is that the widgets of the new apps are not appearing in the designated area. Whereas an app like Google Calendar, for example, does have a widget, like many others...
