From the reviews on Trustpilot (where you left a negative review..), it is clear that the word 'scam' appears often.

Here are some complaints: Avis Ouku.com - Avis clients de Ouku (webwiki.fr)

Anonymous site (No Legal Mentions). Supposed location: Asia. With the usual problems (poor quality, questionable returns, etc..)

But extreme trust here: Ouku.com | Excellent trust index: 96% (scamdoc.com)

Small caveat: a httpS doesn't mean much (not even a secure communication as the httpS can be fake.).

By the way, with Asian sellers, the money is taken immediately (and there's no way to get a refund..).

Except for rare exceptions, delivery time is looong (if something is even shipped)..

But a miracle is always possible, one distant day you will receive a package whose contents you will discover with delight..

Hello, my order took almost 3 weeks to arrive, but it is finally here. The product is as described, although I expected a slightly higher quality. However, I should have chosen a different size because the product is too big for me. And that's where things get complicated: I've submitted 3 tickets to customer service and haven't received any response since the beginning. I've read that I should receive the address of their warehouse in China to return my package (which I think will cost me an arm and a leg), and that only upon receipt would they consider a possible refund or exchange. So let's just say I'm giving up; my purchase was €30, and I've decided to let it go and not return it, risking losing even more money.

Beware, let's run away... this site is not reliable, I bought 5 shirts for around 100 euros and none of them fit, the quality is appalling... so I'm trying to get a refund but the company is in China and warns that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, amounting to the value of the returned goods, and that consequently it's better to accept a 20% refund or an exchange as part of their pathetic business policy.
Furthermore, their site is managed in a "strange" way... open tickets for claims disappear even though the procedures are not completed... in short, scammers!

The coupons and other "rewards" are not granted and thus never deducted from your future order.

In any case, they require that your order exceeds the amount of the refund. And if it does exceed, they increase the "Reward" so that you spend even more than that?

Thieves! Stay away...

On the website, you can track your order online... and you'll know where it is now...

You didn’t say when you ordered, so it’s impossible to have an idea... You might need to wait a bit longer..??

You can also contact them... through chat or email to find out the status of your order...?

And after a certain period defined on the site, you can file a claim...

I don’t know the level of seriousness of this company... You should read what is written... and not feed your imagination.

Hello,

In fact, on the website when you want to track your order, it redirects you to a download link for an app where you can't log in with an account corresponding to your order.

Following the order, we do receive an email with a tracking link, but there are no "clickable" buttons; the track your package button exists, but it doesn't lead anywhere. However, the buttons for customer service and the confirmation of receipt button work.

Hello,

If your order is blocked, hmmm and Chronopost is asking you by email or SMS to pay, it’s probably a scam.

Generally, if there are customs duties to pay, Chronopost asks for them at the time of delivery.

A bit of patience. The package has probably been shipped from China and the delivery times are long.. Then there’s the customs clearance which also drags.. Delivery can take several weeks.
