Error E1460-B304 with Epson xp255 scanner

When I try to scan with the Epson XP255, I get the message "in use or not available E1460-B304."

Can you help me?

Hello,

I have the XP-2100 and when I try to scan I had the same issue.

I simply opened the EPSON PRINTER CONNECTION CHECKER and ran a problem search after which it worked normally.

P.S.: I'm connected via USB on Windows

...what if you connected your printer via Wi-Fi (with only the power cable visible)?
