Hello,
My husband changed computers for his business (he works alone). We wanted to reinstall the Ciel Compta software, but at the end, when it asked for the activation key, it was no longer valid (Ciel Compta from 2013). So, I called the service to get a new activation key. Their response was that my license number was no longer valid and that they couldn't do anything on their end (even though a colleague in the trade had the same issue with an older software, but he got his key). They asked me to find the installation link for version 20 of Ciel Compta and said I should manage on my own or I would have to purchase the software again.

Hello,
In my opinion, you need to repurchase the new version which will come with a new activation key. This is the case for many applications.
