Hello,
I bought the EBP auto-entrepreneur pratic openline 2012 software a few months ago and I just formatted my PC, so I need to reactivate my EBP software. I contacted EBP support, they provided me with a new installation key for activation, but when I try to activate it, the software displays an error and then closes by itself. EBP support told me that it was due to my PC and that I would have to pay again for technical support. I tried refactoring again and installed only drivers, antivirus, and EBP, but the problem remains the same. For clarity, here is the link to the screenshot of the error in question.
