Unable to connect to Vinted

Hello,

Since this evening, July 28, 2022, at 6 PM, I have been unable to log into my Vinted account on my laptop.

I submitted a password reset request that was successfully accepted, but I still can’t log in; however, it works on my mobile phone.

Can you please help me?

    Hello.

    Make atethering between your smartphone and your PC, it will change your IP since it will be the mobile network's IP. If it works via tethering, it means Vinted is blocking your Livebox IP.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for your help, it's really kind of you.

    I solved the problem by uninstalling Mozilla, which was updated yesterday, and then I reinstalled it and removed the "Nero" software, which apparently was causing issues as well, and victory, everything is back to normal after having requested at least 7 password changes lol, but it works.

    However, I will keep your advice handy, as it is very important.
