Vinted : connection impossible

Hello,
I hope you can help me... I have written to Vinted support at least ten times and nothing has been resolved. When I try to log into Vinted, they ask for the verification code sent to my email address. However, there is a typo in my email address (which doesn't work). Therefore, I cannot delete my account (it is refused because there are 3 euros left in my wallet), nor can I view my messages, buy, sell, etc., nor create a new account...
Has anyone had this problem? How can I get out of it?

Hello,
You need to check with them, it's the only option.
As a general rule on this type of site, account recovery is impossible without a valid backup email address.

Thank you for replying to me... it's been two months that I've been struggling with this issue on Vinted... they are incompetent.
