Problem with shell infrastructure host

Hello,

I have a problem with Shell Infrastructure Host.

When I quickly browse through my photos (just photo files), my processor starts to heat up. I checked the task manager and at the top of the list, I see this Shell Infrastructure Host. It doesn’t take up a lot of my CPU, but it raises its temperature.

The problem is that when I simultaneously use software like Photoshop, I experience constant freezes. I have to restart my computer and avoid opening my photo files to prevent it from happening again. However, when I'm working in Photoshop, I need my photos.

If anyone can help me resolve this issue, thank you in advance.

    Hello,

How much RAM does your PC have? Is it an HDD or an SSD on which Windows 10 is installed?

It's because I searched and the options given didn't work that I came here to try to understand.
