Chronopost recurring issues

I requested a redelivery for my chosen date (Saturday) with Chronopost because they were supposed to deliver on a day when I was at work (Wednesday). Okay, I received a new delivery confirmation from Chronopost for the following Saturday. On Saturday, I waited... Nothing. At 10:30 am, I received a text saying they had tried to deliver on Saturday (the day I was home waiting) at 12:35 pm... Text sent in advance of their supposed delivery time... Later in the day, I received another text saying that since I wasn't home (false), my package was waiting for me at a pick-up point... Disgusted.

    Hello .....

Chronopost or rather some of its delivery drivers have a bad reputation; this practice is common .....everything is dropped off or almost in a pickup point to save time for the driver and money (fuel cost) for the company .....

See this link the favorable reviews are at the top of the list, you just need to check "Bad" to reverse the trend

    Best regards

    Hi

It's (unfortunately) common with Chronopost ... To be avoided as a supplier

With Chronopost, there are pros and cons.. We use it in BtoB and we are 98% satisfied.. The most common problem occurs when the package is dropped off at the post office instead of being picked up or delivered to a Chrono agency..
Unfortunately, if the Chrono package ends up in the Colissimo bin at the post office, we don't see it again.. (whereas the opposite, a Colissimo mistakenly placed in the Chrono bin at the post office, comes back to us via Chrono!)

For Saturday deliveries, it's a "paid" option!... The sender can indicate this or not..

If you want to limit delays, make sure your address is correctly written (no abbreviations, for example.) If asked, provide a phone number, and if you are in a residence or building.. choose a collection point instead of a delivery if possible..!
