IMPOSSIBLE TO START WARZONE MATCH (never knew how to play)

Hello,

since the installation of Warzone, it's impossible; it searches for a match starting at 30 ms and ends at 300 with no result.

I read that some people were banned, but how can I be banned when I've never even been able to start a game? This problem has been going on for months; thank you in advance for your time :)
