Choosing a laptop for Solidworks

Hello,

I want to buy a laptop that can run Solidworks, Cura, and in the future, 3DSMax. To model my parts and then send them to a 3D printer.
I don't plan to play games, nor do realistic rendering... but I do want to watch movies in HD (17.3" screen).
That's my need.

My maximum budget is €1000.

I would like to know whether to prioritize the processor or the graphics card?
Like an i7 processor with integrated graphics or an i5 processor with dedicated graphics. Or maybe both, by reducing the RAM from 16GB to 8GB.

Here are 2 products I'm considering:
HP Pavilion Gaming 17-cd2023nf Black/Green - RTX 3050 Ti, 144Hz laptop - https://www.laptopspirit.fr/comparateur/Pc-portable/34459/Hp,Pavilion-gaming-17-cd2023nf-noir-vert-rtx-3050-ti,-144hz.html
Acer Aspire 5 A517-52-71N7 Silver laptop - https://www.laptopspirit.fr/comparateur/Pc-portable/35728/Acer,Aspire-5-a517-52-71n7-argent-.html

Do you have any other suggestions?

Best regards.

Thank you for the link, it's informative... however, it's completely out of budget.
I'm not looking for optimum performance, just something to model and assemble simple parts to then print them.

I have the impression that the article places more emphasis on the processor than on the graphics card?

I can use the search filters on e-commerce sites. What I'm more interested in are the technical criteria:

Hi Keiser, yes, the HP you mentioned is good for your use, with an i5 processor at 3.1 GHz and 4.4 GHz in turbo mode, a good RTX 3050 Ti graphics card with 4 GB, and 16 GB of RAM, compatible with Windows 11 if you want to install it https://www.cdiscount.com/informatique/ordinateurs-pc-portables/pc-portable-gamer-hp-pavilion-gaming-17-cd2023nf/f-10709-hp17cd2023nf.html#mpos=5|cd

      Hello arobase94!
It seems quite well-stocked... for creating 3D and not excessively expensive!
