Hello,
I have a problem with Premiere Pro and you are my only help.
I have edited a large part of my video already in Premiere Pro. But after several hours of work, the preview of the edit started to glitch (the image freezes while the sound continues).
I don’t understand, everything was going well.
I’m saving my project on my first SSD which is running out of space (200GB free out of 1TB) (I have a second one that isn't too full).
I have already lowered the preview quality, and I also changed the RAM that other applications can use in —> Preferences —> Memory, but it doesn’t change anything.
If anyone has had this problem and solved it, or if anyone simply has the solution, please help me!
I have a very good PC:
2 SSDs of 1TB
RTX 3070 Ti
32GB of RAM
I9 9900K
Cooler

Hello and welcome as a new member, you have a beast of a machine. Okay, I'm not using Première.
I suggest, just in case, to delete "auxiliary files" or (render files) from your software that can saturate the memory allocated to your software.
The project files currently in progress will reload automatically.

Remember to mark your message as "resolved" if that’s the case.

Overheating of the processor in my opinion.
