Adobe Premiere Pro Problem "Unable to Open Files on Disk"

Hello,

I bought and downloaded Adobe Premiere Pro, so far everything is fine, except that when I try to import videos into the software, I get an error message saying "unable to open the file on the disk."
This happens regardless of the video format, and I've already tried reinstalling the program, but nothing works.
I hope someone has an idea.

    Hello,

    If you just acquired it, it is guaranteed and you have support... Contact Adobe support and they will tell you what it is about.

      OK, it's normal, those people are not to be kept waiting on the phone... You need to send them an email that will go into the queue, and they will respond to you when it's your turn.
