Wired controller issue

Hello everyone, I have a big problem that prevents me from playing on my PS4. I reset my PS4 and now I'm stuck on a blue screen that says "Connect the DualShock 4 controller using a USB cable and press PS." But since it's an official Sony controller, it's wired so I can't change the USB cable.

Can you help me?
Reply quickly, I want to play.

Hello,

Indeed, when you reset a console, you need to sync your controller to it.

To do this, take the cable that allows you to charge the controller.

Turn on the console to reach the blue screen with the message "connect the DualShock 4 controller using a USB cable and press the PS button."

Plug the USB port of the cable into your console (there are 2 USB ports available on the front, you need to connect the controller here) and the other connector into your controller.

Once the controller is plugged in, press the PS button (your controller should start flashing white).

The flashing indicates that your controller is syncing with your console. Once this sync is complete, the controller will be connected.

I hope this comment gives you some leads.

Best regards.

But for me it's a wired controller, I can't remove the cable. Do you have any idea?
