Cdiscount order not displaying but has been charged

Hello, I placed an order on Cdiscount yesterday around 6 PM and at the payment stage I got an error, but I checked my bank app and I was charged the exact amount even though I didn't receive any email from Cdiscount. On the Cdiscount website, in the order section, I can see my order and my previous order, but when I click on the previous order, nothing appears except this

And still no email from Cdiscount, and when I look at my previous order, I see several pieces of information but I can't contact Cdiscount because the order number is not displayed. Is there any way for me to get a refund or know if I will receive my package? Could I please be helped?

    When you have a problem with an order, you should contact the website where you placed the order, as only they can know what it's about, so contact CDiscount.
