Hello,
I'm reaching out to you because after searching and trying all the tips I found on various forums, I’m stuck as nothing works.
Let me explain my problem: on Wednesday, June 9th, I received my G29. After plugging it in and setting it up on G Hub (older version because the latest won't install; once installed, the Windows installer tells me that G Hub has stopped working constantly, but it works fine on the older version),
the wheel is recognized in the games, but I have no force feedback (ON ANY GAME). I don’t know what to do, especially since as soon as the wheel is calibrated, there is a large dead zone where the wheel is not "centered" by the motors—I have a total of 20° on each side before the motors kick in and reach their maximum without having touched the force settings.
I hope I was clear enough, and I thank you for any help you may be able to offer.

I finally found a valid solution to the problem. To do this, you need to:
1. Clean the drivers:
• Disconnect the wheel from the computer.
• Download and save WheelDriverCleaner.exe to your Desktop
• Run the cleaning tool by double-clicking the file from your desktop.
• Close the cleaning tool's dialog box.
• Reconnect the wheel to your computer.

2. Uninstall the Game Assistant software

3. Access the Game Controllers test page in Windows:
- Start> type in the bar "Run" "joy.cpl" > OK > Choose your wheel/pedal set
- Click on "Properties > the test page should open by default. If not, click on the "Test" tab
Or:
- Start> Control Panel> Devices and Printers
- Find the necessary game controller (wheel/pedal set)
- Right-click > Choose "Game Controller Settings" > Properties > the test page should open by default. If not, click on the "Test" tab

You can manually calibrate the wheel and test the buttons.

4. Reinstall the GHUB game assistant software. (this version, as the recent ones do not work for me and it's the same for a friend; https://www.touslesdrivers.com/php/constructeurs/telechargement.php?v_code=58146&v_langue=en

5. Always use a USB 2.0 port to connect the wheel.

6. If the problem persists, test the wheel on:
- another computer
- another game

I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.
