so this morning when I turned on my computer, I was confronted with this, I don't know what it is, could someone please help me?? thank you

    Hello,

    Actually, once I arrived at the Windows desktop, this message appeared; it said among other things that it was modifying the data and so on, so that I could read them in French.

    I haven’t noticed any changes in the use of my PC, so we’ll see over time if it brings anything.

    Thank you for your help; I won’t hesitate to come back and repost if there are any developments for better or worse.

    I therefore ask the moderators to please close this post.

      In fact... as requested by madmyke asking me to indicate how I solved the problem, it was quite simple

      I only saw this problem once, so I imagine it's a mandatory update...

      because I no longer see the message, and the PC is behaving as usual
