Hello, I bought the My Carbon T3 earbuds but I can't get them to work at the same time and I also can't find the solution on the Internet for these earbuds. If you have the answer, you would greatly help me. Thank you for your responses.

Hello.
You open the case and especially you leave your earbuds in the case and you pair them with your phone. Once paired, you can take them out of the case.
