I am also in a BTS in optics. For the report, I only did 2 sections but I added some appendices. Don't stress, the oral presentation is the most important...
You don't have to submit it, internship reports are useless.

they say whatever. I took a lot of examples from internship reports and I did very well (I put my own twist on it). To get some, go to the school library but there aren't any online!!! I searched before you.
