Disney Plus full screen issue

Hello, I have a problem and I can't find a way to solve it when I watch Disney Plus and the episode of my series automatically plays, the full-screen display turns off and the episode continues to play but is not in full screen. I have to get up from my bed, take my mouse, and switch it back to full screen, which is quite unpleasant when watching a series for 20 minutes in the evening before going to bed.

So if someone can help me, it would be a huge favor, thank you very much, best regards.

Same problem on my side, in addition to the inability to remove the black background under the subtitles. It spoils the experience and it's really unpleasant :/

Does anyone have solutions?

Hello!

You need to go through the browser's full-screen mode and not the Disney+ site’s. I'm on Chrome and in the options, you have the zoom settings and to the right of that, you have a full-screen icon.
