Wi-Fi SSID issue between 2.4 and 5 GHz

Hello,
on my Orange Livebox 5, until June 3rd, I had 2 Wi-Fi networks with different names that I had configured like this (XXX2.4GHZ and XXX5GHZ) and since that date, I still have both networks working but I don't know how it happened, they both bear the same name XXX5GHZ!!!
box bug? thunderstorm?
I'm trying to reprogram the 2 names on the box interface, but the system saves my request........... and renames both networks with the same name!
Do you have any idea how to fix this? Or is my box broken???

Are you clicking on SSID different for 5 GHz?
Orange Procedure
If yes, factory reset of the box and reconfiguration of the Wifi networks.
If it's still not working, call 3900.
