Hello everyone,
I just moved into an apartment equipped with a DTI box and RJ45 sockets in every room.
At first, I got lucky as I hadn’t noticed it; I plugged my box into one of the two sockets in the living room and it worked.
When I realized I had this box, I wanted to give it a try, especially since upon opening it, I saw that the internet connection was linked to the socket where I had plugged in my box! (What luck that I connected my box to the right place!)
I did my little setup and it’s not working; my box is receiving internet (wifi OK) but the RJ45 sockets between the box and the dispatcher don’t seem to be working (even though it worked when I first plugged the box in).
I have connected the 4 ports of my box to the dispatcher and the incoming line to the box.
But the RJ45 sockets are not receiving anything when I try with a PC...

Hi,
have you installed the box at the communication cabinet?
your wall sockets may be wired with only one pair to distribute the phone, you would need to take it apart and check that you have all 4 pairs connected at each end.
If you could send us some photos of all that ....
