Can we install both?
Second question, what do you think of Avast and if it's bad, what do you recommend?

    Hello
    if you are on Windows 10, there is no need for third-party antivirus software.
    Windows 10 has its own antivirus "Windows Defender", which is more than sufficient
    as for Malwarebytes, which is not an antivirus but an anti-malware, I personally do a scan once every three months

    same avast installed 15 days that fake (a piece of...) anti-malware like my predecessor from time to time
