Hello!
My PC was working fine; it's an HP Elite 7300 Series MT i7. After some time, when I turn it on, it says "press the esc key for startup menu," but when I press esc or any other button, nothing happens, and the keyboard indicator lights don't turn on, nor does the mouse light up, even though it's plugged in.
I request your help, please.

Hello. It seems that this is a typical bug from HP.
The few documentation sources (websites or videos) suggest solutions such as unplugging the drives for a moment and reconnecting them. Since your PC is a tower, it's not complicated to give it a try.

Well, I tried, I removed the hard drive but the problem persists, even the small noise made by the heatsink before starting no longer occurs. So the screen remains blue with "Press the ESC key for startup menu."

Do you have access to the BIOS using the keys? (I don't know the keys for your PC)

That's the very problem, I can't access the BIOS using the keyboard keys; the keyboard is plugged in, but the lights don't turn on, so no keys work.
When I turn it on, there's just a blue background, the HP logo, and the message "press the esc key for startup menu," and it stays like that for hours without moving on to the next step.

HP Advice:

HP Desktop Computers - Performing a Hard Reset
Many startup errors and other issues can be resolved by discharging the stored power in the hardware components. Discharging the stored power is sometimes referred to as a "hard reset." Follow these steps to perform a hard reset on a computer:

If Windows is open, click Start and then Shut Down.
If Windows is not open and the computer is powered on, press and hold the power button on the computer until it turns off.
With the computer powered off, unplug the power cord from the back of the computer.
With the computer turned off and the power cord disconnected, press and hold the power button on the computer for 5 seconds. The power light on or near the power button may briefly turn on and then off.
Reconnect the power cord and power on the computer.

I would add, if possible, when the cord is unplugged, open the case, remove the battery for a few minutes, and then put it back.
