Hello, thank you for your response.
Despite having read and reread the instructions and tried various manipulations, nothing is happening.
I still can't set the volume to a desired level.
Thank you for your help.
Hello,
Who provides the image to the television? If it is an external device, it also provides the sound at the same time and can consequently have an effect on the volume.

"not an external device that provides the image"
ok, so no TV box, or other device connected to the HDMI inputs of the television.
You say you want to "block the volume" of the television, but what is the issue that brings you to seek this block?
Try to describe your problem more precisely.
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn’t there...So it's not a problem with the television's mood swings, but you want to ensure that the remote control cannot exceed a certain volume level.
Indeed, with the Hotel Mode, we could implement a volume limitation on the television, but unfortunately, this feature is not available on your device.

That is exactly what I want.
I'm disappointed to learn that this mode is not possible with this model.
Is there no other solution?
The hotel mode is not directly accessible; it may exist in a hidden menu.
However, I advise you to ask Hitachi for the method (if it exists) to open the said hidden menu to then access hotel mode.
By email: hitachi@contact-clients.com or by phone 809 10 20 20.
- Who do you want to prevent from turning up the volume too high?
I don't see any other solutions apart from the intervention of a specialist (repairman or electronics technician) on the sound circuit.
