Self-Driving Scooter

Hello everyone.
I have a 1000w 36v cross wheel e-scooter.
I had to change the throttle handle, but when I connect it, it sparks and the scooter moves by itself.
Thinking it was the handle, I disconnected the throttle and when I reconnect the battery, the scooter moves by itself. Yet everything is off, no key, no throttle handle.

I would need your advice ????
