I have the same problem! After 2 weeks of use, the E2 code appears and ends up turning off the scooter! Warranty yes, but you have to send it back to the manufacturer for an indefinite period :-( If you have the solution, I’m all ears!
It's useless to ask how to repair a scooter on this forum, as CCM is a tech forum and there are no specialists in this area. If your scooter is under warranty, you need to return it to customer service. If you ordered it from a crappy site like many out there on the internet and there's no customer service, get a refund:
