HP Pro 6960 Print Failure

Hello everyone
My HP 6960 printer, which I bought three years ago, no longer prints blue. Instead, it outputs a pink mix of red and yellow. I've installed a new cartridge and done numerous cleanings without success. After much difficulty, I contacted HP support
They had me perform many operations; head cleaning... including a reset with no success. The conclusion is that the printhead needs to be changed, but this part is no longer available from HP. They are therefore advising me to buy a new printer! I find that a bit much. Is there another solution?
Thank you for your responses.
Best regards.

    Hello ......

Unless I’m mistaken, you should find a print head for this HP 6960 printer elsewhere than from HP ... for example ► Here ... however, don’t be in a hurry regarding the delivery ► Mid-July ???
I’m also not at all sure that replacing this part will solve your problem ... but rather than investing in a new printer .... it might be worth a try
See you soon for your comments, but if none ► Topic resolved

      Thank you
38.4 € is the price of a cartridge, now I just need to see if I will be able to install it.

        Hello .....

Thank you for the feedback ...
As mentioned above, I am not at all sure that changing the print head will give this printer a second life ... but nothing ventured, nothing gained ....!
        See you later!

hello, given the price of parts and repairs, the cheapest option is to buy a new one.
There are very good ones for under 100 euros without any problems.
