Taskbar disappeared Huawei P30

Good evening,
I would need your help with my Huawei P30 phone.
Indeed, I no longer have the taskbar, which is really inconvenient since I have to go into settings, mobile data network, mobile data, and select mobile data when I don't have internet, whereas with this bar everything is faster.

    Found! You swipe from top to bottom but on the RIGHT side of your screen.
