Huawei P20 Pro turns off for no reason

Hello,

Recently, my phone has been turning off for no reason.
The phone's battery was changed a few months ago, so that's not the issue.

I have also followed the various steps recommended on the websites to fix this problem.
I performed a factory reset on the phone. For the next two days, the phone didn't turn off, but it started again afterwards.

Do you have any idea what the problem might be? And perhaps some solutions to suggest?

Thank you,
Cherry

Hello

The phone battery was changed a few months ago. So it’s not that.

We know nothing about the phone but I think this reasoning is flawed; even a new component can very well fail.
Unless the phone is updated (which I assume has been done) or a warranty is invoked (up to 2 years after purchase), I don’t see what more you could do, unfortunately.
A phone that turns off for no reason is more likely to be a hardware failure statistically speaking.

Best regards

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. If I don’t find any other solutions soon, I will go to the shop that made the repairs to discuss this issue. (the repairs are no longer under warranty, but it's not normal for the battery to fail after 2 months)

Best regards,
Cherry
