Deleted items free Zimbra????

Hello,
I accidentally deleted my personal and work emails. I then went to my trash to retrieve them, but with a wrong move, I deleted everything in my trash????
I am in a blue panic, so if anyone knows how to recover them, I would be grateful and would appreciate it (knowing that the methods found online (right click/Recover deleted emails) do not work).

    Hello,

    Once the trash is emptied, there is no possibility of recovery. From Free's side, there is no backup.
    So it's over.
