Hello, on March 3, 2022, I received a call from Coriolis Mobile, who told me they worked with Orange Mobile and made me a proposal (contract) for €9.99 for life!!! I didn't think much when she asked me questions like my address, date of birth, etc. In the end, she told me in a strong foreign accent that her name was Anna Durand (just like me with Dupont!) and that she would take care of my file and that I could reach her at 0185158625. When I asked how they would debit me, she replied, "Orange gave us your contact details." (Orange denies this, yet Coriolis has them.) On March 4, I received a letter with the order number. On March 10 at 3:30 PM, I sent an email to withdraw my request, and the response at 3:35 PM was: "Your request is in progress." On March 11 at 6:36 AM, I received a message saying my line was activated at 9:32 AM (but I did not insert their SIM card into my phone). It is still on its holder sent by Coriolis. From then on, Orange canceled my mobile without any action on my part. After my withdrawal, Coriolis provided me with a RIO code. With this number, I went to Orange, who restored my plan three days later. Last week, I received an email saying "your Coriolis invoice for €105.55" dated April 11, 2022 is available. I called once: "Yes, madam, you took a subscription for a year..." I called a second time, and the response was: "It’s an error on our part!" The final straw was when I looked at my upcoming debits... = Coriolis €105.55 for May 10. I contacted my bank this morning, who will take the necessary steps. How can I file a complaint against Coriolis, as we are not the only ones who have been victims of Coriolis? Thank you for responding. Best regards.

Hello
Use the Civil Code L1353 (Proof of Obligation) to your advantage.. Don't call, it's completely volatile! We write a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt..
See you!
