AirPods disconnecting one by one

Hello,
For several months now, my Apple wireless Bluetooth earbuds have been disconnecting on their own during use.
In fact, despite the battery showing 100%, the left earbud disconnects first, then the right earbud works normally until it disconnects itself a few minutes later.
It's honestly unbearable since it happens every day, and I want to point out that the more I try to reconnect them after a disconnection, the faster my AirPods disconnect.
