Hello,

The SD card can be formatted in different modes (FAT32, NTFS,...). The car radio probably does not accept all of them. You need to check its documentation for what is accepted. The same goes for the files; for music, there are several audio stream formats, mp3, wav, aac... the car radio may not recognize all of them.
