Export issue with Shotcut

Hello!
I have a 20-minute project to export from Shotcut, I've tried several export formats but my video remains unreadable at 00.00 seconds once exported. Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

P.S.: I have a Mac.

Hello,

Have you tried opening the file with another video player? For example, VLC, which can play almost any format?
