Alcatel landline phone locked

Hello, my internet provider had me switch my Alcatel F630 landline phone to Wi-Fi mode. Since then, the phone has lost some functions such as the directory, and I can't create a new one. I tried resetting the settings to default, but it doesn't work. What can I do to regain the functions of my phone? Thank you.

    Hi,
    internet provider?
    wifi mode?
    Apparently, it's just a DECT
is the phone provided by him or do you have it?
    See in case of problem

Hi, I'm with Orange, yes he asked me to perform a procedure to connect my landline to Wi-Fi. It's my personal phone. And what is a DECT? Thank you.
I'll check your link to see if it can help me. Thank you.

    Hello,
The fact that the F630 handset has been connected to the Livebox results in the loss of all functionalities of the original base.
However, it is possible to go back.
To do this, you need to...
    1) disconnect the handset from the Livebox
    2) reconnect the handset to its original base (Alcatel)
    3) reconnect the base to the TEL socket of the Livebox with a telephone cable.

What is the model of your Livebox? This is so that I can find the disassociation procedure for you.

As for reconnecting the handset to its base, see the F685 manual (more detailed) on page 18, paragraph 9.1 ASSOCIATE / REASSOCIATE A HANDSET
    The F685 manual: https://www.alcatel-home.com/sites/default/files/product/1391/files/alcatel-f685-f685-voice-guide-utilisation-complet.pdf

      Hi Edouard,
Would the directory be based on the phone?
      Weird,
but practical, that's true, with a duo or a trio.
      In any case,
the handset is not connected via wifi but via DECT to the box, I'm putting the link in response to the question asked above.
I specify this because there are also IP phones that really work on wifi, but not those ones.

        Hi,
The more it goes, the more Alcatel provides increasingly succinct manuals.
I don't know where the directory is on this model... but if it is managed by the database, then yes it cannot work, and if it's a Voice model then the integrated answering machine is also inoperable.

    Hello,
    This is a Livebox5.
I will try to re-associate the handset with its base using the manual for the F685 that you provided. Thank you. I will keep you updated. Thank you.
