Account blocked on Grindr for no reason

Seriously? Grindr still doesn't have a solution to their automatic ban bug?! The only option is to change phones and create a new account because the old one was hacked... And this just to get banned again for no reason?
For those who have paid subscriptions, I advise you to block the automatic withdrawals because they will continue to charge you without giving any explanations, nor even offer you a solution. This bug affects a whole set of companies that relied on servers that have been hacked and irreparably damaged, among these companies: Hornet; Tinder; Meetic... essentially dating apps using geolocation.

Think like me and report to Google by giving the app 1 star in the play store and denouncing the app for its abuses.

It's the same for Scruff, even though Scruff doesn't ban as blindly as Grindr does, but if you are banned on Scruff, only changing your mobile allows you to use the app again.

On iPhone, you just need to uninstall the app in iPhone storage, delete the Grindr password, and then reinstall it with a new email address. It will ask for a phone number, but you can enter the same one as before. This is not a blocker. However, you will lose the history...

You have to learn everything here lol. I was banned for no reason. It's impossible to recreate an account. After thinking about several solutions, I found one. It's not with the IMEI number, that's irrelevant. When you're banned, Grindr installs a file on your phone that doesn't get deleted. The only solution is to do a factory reset. It erases all data as if your phone were new. So it's better to do this with an old phone you might have kept, or you can save your photos and videos beforehand.
