Hello, I have a 2TB drive that no longer works. Easy Chip, impossible to do anything.
See the attached document for what is displayed. Can someone help me???

    it's still not recognized...


    check if you can eject it "cleanly" via the hidden icons button in the taskbar

    PS: if you don't see it, turn off the PC and disconnect the HDD

    then restart the PC and reconnect the HDD to see if it's recognized

    let me know what happens
