Impossible to connect - permission denied

Hello everyone.
For several days, I haven't been able to log in to ADE.
This morning, the site support cleaned up, checked my account, and here I am again with the correct ID and password, receiving the error message:
"The specified vendor account is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Please try again."
Support told me they couldn't go beyond the assistance they provided this morning and advised me to reach out to this community.
I'm not a geek, and I understand slowly!!!

If you don't tell us what ADE means in your message, it will be difficult for us to assist you:
ADE = Adobe Digital Editions
ADE = ADEducation
ADE = Ade Web Direct Planning
... not to mention the company ADE Germany and the town of Adé in the Hautes-Pyrénées!

Yeah.

Except that word processing is office-related and writing wouldn't exist without drawing.

So, with a degree in office work, I categorize my graphic design programs as office-related. Be careful, this is not about photo editing.

I have an Adobe Express app and I can't connect to my account either, even via Google.

This is the second time a free Adobe app has acted this way.

Subsidiary question, if the account cannot be recovered, how can I retrieve the works (CV design)?
