Don't you have an extension that blocks display on your browser?

Update your graphics card from AMD => https://www.amd.com/fr/support

What does the device manager say then?

I have no extensions on my browser.

I was able to install the driver.
As a result, a card named Microsoft xxx was replaced by AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series.

But this driver had already appeared in Windows Update:
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. driver update for AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series
      Status: installation pending

      Here is the device manager:

Your screenshot is Windows Update, you need to right-click on the start button then Device Manager

Sorry, I made a mistake. I had done it, but I don't know why I posted the wrong one.

Right-click on simplified communications PCI controller => Properties => Details => Hardware ID => Copy/paste the value

Download this, extract it, and run setup.exe as admin.

Then check what it shows in the device manager

It's good, there are no more warning symbols for the PCI Controller.

    I have very good news!
The PC is now working perfectly, all updates have been completed and this time after restarting it, the PC is fast.
I'm really happy to have been able to solve this problem.

I greatly thank you for your help! Without you, I would never have been able to fix my computer. Really, thank you.

I don't know which of the last actions solved the issue, do you have any idea about it?

I will keep you updated on the state of my PC in the coming days.

It still works very well after more than 2 weeks of testing. I’m really glad that the problem has been solved even though it wasn’t easy.
