Hello, I've been trying for days to install my Sagem MF 5462 printer for which I don't have the installation CD. I've attempted to leave it connected to the USB port so that it would connect automatically. The computer recognizes it, but I can't install it manually, even the troubleshooting utility can't find it. I've searched online for the driver, but apart from landing on software, I can't find anything. Do you have any leads? Thank you.

    Hi

Is your PC running Windows 10?

    See you later

      Hello,

It seems to be a lost cause.

It's a complex and old multifunction model, without Windows 10 drivers, and not to mention that Sagem, which became Sagemcom, was subsequently absorbed by Safran; the support site https://support.sagemcom.com/fr doesn't seem to be maintained anymore and, in any case, I was unable to find the dedicated drivers there.

You can find various updates for this or that driver (for example modem) here and there on the Internet, but, as is often the case with these devices, the original drivers themselves are packaged in a software (Sagem Companion Suite Pro LL2 MF 5462).

That's what needs to be found; I don't know where.

    re

I only found one driver for Vista/W7 for your printer --> click here

I also checked if we could add it via "add printer" in W10, but it doesn't show up :(

Thank you for your answers. So it's a bit without a solution if I only have the driver for W7?
Unless I find the installation CD?

Hello, I tried installing it with compatibility mode, but that doesn't work either. Thanks again for your replies, I'm looking for the CD as that seems to be the only solution on Windows 10.

    Hi everyone,
I remember there was a website where you could find old versions of drivers of all kinds, but I can't recall its address or name. Too bad. But I know it existed.
    Best regards!
