Browser not opening windows 11

Hello,
for several weeks now, my Chrome won't open. I also tried the Opera, Brave, and Firefox browsers, but the reaction is the same. When I click on the icon, a blank page opens and then closes immediately (in less than a second). The only browser
that works is Microsoft Edge, but I don't like using it. That's why I'm switching. I have already done several analyses (FRST, ZHPsuite...) with someone more qualified than me and a Windows repair, but nothing has changed.
Since that same period, I have Norton 360 as my antivirus. I don't know if it would have an impact on the browsers.
Could someone help me?

For your information, FRST makes no changes to the system without manual correction.
