How to obtain the paid version of alpinequest on a no?

Hello,

I just changed my smartphone and I would like to reinstall the paid version of Alpinequest that I had on my old smartphone without having to pay for a subscription again (since mine is still valid) and possibly recover my saved tracks: does anyone know the procedure to follow?? (For your information, I can't even find the paid version to download on the Play Store)

    Thank you for your response, but I have already consulted this "Frequently Asked Questions" and I cannot find the answer to my problem, particularly the lack of ability to download the paid version through the Playstore nor the possibility to retrieve my client codes and therefore to recover my saved records.

    I suppose we are talking about these instructions:

    I have a new device, can I install the full version without paying again?
    Yes.

    If you purchased the app from the Play Store, just reuse the same Google account on your new device. Then open the Play Store app, click on the menu at the top/left, select "My apps & games," and all your purchased apps will be listed under the "Library" tab.

    If you purchased the app from our website using PayPal, install and activate the app as explained here (ignore the payment step).

    To reuse the data from your old device, please see below.

    I have a new device, how can I reuse all the data I have on my old device?
    The app saves all its data in its application folder. In order to reuse your data, you need to copy this folder from your old device to your new device. See here how to locate the application folder.

    If the application folder is on an SD card, you can simply reuse the same SD card on your new device;

    Otherwise, you will need to manually copy the folder: you can use your USB cables and a computer, or create a ZIP archive of the application folder and copy that archive using a cloud app.
    After moving the application folder, make sure to set up the app correctly on your new device as explained here.

    Make sure that:

    You purchased the app from the Play Store and not from our website using PayPal;

    If in doubt, contact us by email with your Google Play order ID so we can verify its status.

    You still need to contact them as suggested above because if these instructions do not allow you to recover your account, you will not be able to do so through a forum whose participants have no connections to this company.

    Unless a subscriber from CCM knows of a more effective procedure than the one recommended by Alpinequest.

    Thank you but... I can read: the text you are sending me is a copy/paste of the one from the Alpinequest forum, so this doesn't help me much...
